David Adams started learning to become Superpumped completely by accident years after a severe brain injury turned his life upside down in 1981. We can't confirm this, of course, but believe David is the first Harvard graduate whose parents were previously informed by officials that he would not be able to graduate from high school.
What follows involves several long stories, most of which haven't happened yet. Short version: he's now working to develop pathways for future "problem children" to explode through setbacks.
