After building successful careers at Procter & Gamble, they left corporate America to build their own real estate business — bringing a unique blend of business acumen, strategic insight, and real-world investment experience to every client relationship. Their hands-on experience as multifamily investors gives them a deep understanding of the market and allows them to guide buyers, sellers, and fellow investors with practical, actionable advice.
Sylvia brings an engineer’s precision and a deep commitment to understanding each client’s needs. With a BS in Chemical Engineering from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Xavier University, she spent 17 years in the consumer products industry before transitioning into real estate. Sylvia is known for her thoughtful guidance, empathy, and ability to simplify complex situations — helping her clients move forward with clarity and peace of mind.
Bryan holds a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College and an MBA from Xavier University. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, finance, and corporate stewardship, he brings broad business insight and a calm, personable approach to real estate.
